Abstract

Using Li-Fi (Light Fidelity) technology, this study presents the creation of a data transmission
model for underwater communication. Submerged correspondence presents interesting difficulties because of
the restricted adequacy of customary radio recurrence based techniques. Utilizing Li-Fi, which utilizes light
waves for information transmission, this model conquers the requirements of submerged conditions. The
framework uses light-radiating gadgets for information encoding, which are then distinguished by light-delicate
collectors. The exploration centers around streamlining information transmission rates, unwavering quality, and
energy effectiveness in submerged situations. The proposed model's viability and efficacy are demonstrated by
the experiments, paving the way for enhanced Li-Fi-based underwater communication capabilities.
