Employee motivation and job satisfaction are critical determinants of organizational success, influencing productivity, retention, and overall workplace harmony. This research paper explores the intricate relationship between employee motivation and job satisfaction across various organizational settings in India. The primary objectives include examining how intrinsic and extrinsic motivational factors influence job satisfaction levels, identifying key predictors of employee contentment, and analyzing demographic variations in motivation-satisfaction dynamics. The study adopts a descriptive research design utilizing secondary data analysis methodology, drawing upon published surveys, organizational reports, and empirical studies. The hypothesis posits that higher levels of employee motivation positively correlate with enhanced job satisfaction.
